  Maintenance Contract
This carries on where the manufacturers warranty leaves off simply extending the warranty of your existing hardware by a period of one year.
The extended warranty starts from 80 pounds upwards, per PC.

Network Contract
The network contract deals with your software and network administration.

Abbey Support network administration options have been designed to give you easy payment terms and flexible options to suit the level of service that your business requires.

With the Platinum, Gold & Silver options a 10% discount is attracted if they are paid yearly in advance otherwise all options are to be paid by standing order.

Time spent beyond the monthly hours will be charged at our ad-hoc rate with a service discount bronze 10% (£89), silver 20% (£80) and gold 35% (£65) per hour.

Normal working hours apply to all services and rates are net of vat.

0-5 £670 per month

A limit of 10 free hours on a single incident applies after which normal charging applies, applies to Platinum contract only.

A maximum of 5 free hours dealing with Viruses per month. Free support does not mean free training only problem solving. We will be happy to quote for training.

Ad-hoc
(Not under Support Contract) £99 per additional hour or part hour, non-emergency.

* For support calls onsite of less than 3 hours incur a cost up to ½ hr depending on location.
