For maximum flexibility and unplanned emergencies.  

The majority of our clients are on support contracts however we offer a Pay As You Go scheme for those unplanned emergencies and one off projects.  Most of our clients start this way as it involves NO COMMITMENT and with our rates starting at £98 per hour we are highly competitive.

What level of help do you need? 

Need an engineer onsite ~ we can be with you within 2 hours

Want remote assistance ~ if you are a business and have a paypal account we can be fixing your systems within minutes 

 

Our Guarantee

  • Our service and engineers are all fully trained to deal with any system.
  • If we cannot fix your first problem we will credit you with another incident of a similar length for FREE.
