  We support all Microsoft Operating Systems and most of their Application Software. We repair all makes of PCs. We supply all leading makes of software and will always try and source even specialist software as cheaply as possible using our bulk buying power.  
   
  Hardware & Software Sales  
  We build, sell Laptops, PCs and servers to our clients specifications so that clients receive best value for money.  
   
  ADSL/Broadband  
  We guide you through the process of converting to ADSL supplying you with ADSL modems and firewalls to protect your company.  
   
  Training  
  We provide one to one training on Microsoft software and if required will create a course for a number of staff.  
   
  Email Forwarding  
  With more clients having their own email server and ADSL it is important to consider what happens when your ADSL fails, without email forwarding your clients would be notified that it was not possible to send the email. Email Forwarding puts an email server between you and the outside world which stores and forwards your emails so even when your ADSL fails you can still get to your email via a backup modem line.  
   
  Cabling  
  We install Cat 5e cabling for your telephony and network requirements.  
   
  Web Design/Web Hosting  
  We are often asked by our clients to create simple cost effective web pages and host them.  
   
  Bespoke System Development  
  We have many years experience in software development and are happy to quote for software to accomplish a business process. For example we recently wrote an emailing service which automatically sent out reply emails whenever a user dropped an email on that particular public folder.  
   
  Data Migration  
  If you require data moving from an old format or old system to a newer one then we can provide you with the necessary expertise.  
   
  Surround Sound Systems  
  We install custom surround sound systems such as Bose, Sony, Bang & Olufsen.  
   
  Off-Site Backup Service  
  Designed for ADSL customers. This service makes use of your ADSL connection at night to transfer a complete backup of your server files to our redundant array server. Your files are first encrypted to prevent casual interception of data. Individual or multiple files can be retrieved from the backup as required.
The installation of this service requires a number of site-specific scripts to be installed on your server that only takes an hour.		  
   
  Hot Standby Server  
  This is where we will prepare a replacement server and have it available 365 days a year to reduce downtime in the event of a catastrophic failure such as fire or flood.  
     
  Clients who have an order processing business where being out of action for more than a few hours has a severe business impact should seriously consider having a hot standby server.
