Working for an IT outsourcing company doesn’t suit everybody, the job is extremely varied from sorting out a new system for a client one minute to carrying out a security audit the next minute.
Going out to see clients and engage them in ideas that you have to improve their business is both challenging and rewarding. Whether it is advising them on a new printer or the benefits of virtualisation; you have to be able to put yourself in their shoes and show them how it saves them money, or adds value to their business. This money will translate into their business growing and hence we will grow with them.
We are always on the lookout for IT Support Engineers who have both the technical skills and the soft skills to explain problems and solutions to clients.
So, if you have good Windows, Networking skills with a fair understanding of Mac’s and Exchange we would be interested in hearing from you. Anything extra like virtualisation or firewall management for example would be a bonus. People with between 3- 10 years experience are the most in demand from us.
