Whilst our annual support contracts offer our best pricing, pro-active maintenance and service level agreements, a number of our customers have come onboard with us through our prepay scheme. Our prepay support gives you access to our IT support team without being bound into a contract. You purchase a block of hours up front and time is taken from them whenever you need support. The hours stay on file for 12 months from purchase, giving you the assurance of having an IT support function waiting to help.
With prepay support the cost can be as little as £104 per hour.

Access to our support team – you will have access to both remote & onsite IT support serviced by out highly skilled team
No commitment – prepay does not have a contract, you simply buy a number of hours in advance to use for IT support. Those hours sit on your account and are used when we support your business.
How does prepay differ to contracted support?
Prepay gives you access to our IT support services without a contract, however its important to note the differences of the support compared to contract customers:
0.50hr billing minimum – prepay tasks are billed at a minimum of 0.5hrs labour per task. For annual contract customers it is 0.25hr increments
No pro-active maintenance – with prepay you contact us for support. We do not undertake any pro-active maintenance of your IT systems. Annual support contracts include pro-active maintenance of networks and systems.
No SLA – we pride ourselves on our fast response times to all clients regardless of commitment, however our annual support customers have an SLA for service response, ensuring rapid access to support. Our prepay hours are not supported by an SLA, however we make best endeavours to service your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible
